
Lisa Chappell was born in Auckland, New Zealand,
on October 18, 1968. She originally audtioned for McLeods Daughters
for a guest role. After a few call-backs she learned
she had won the role of Claire McLeod.
In 2002, Lisa won a Logie as Most Popular New Female Talent
for McLeods Daughters. In 2003 & 2004 she won Silver Logies
as Most Popular Actress for McLeods Daughters.
After 3 Seasons, as Claire McLeod, Lisa was ready to stretch
her talents in another direction, and is embarked on a music
career. Her new cd,"When Then Is Now", has been released.

Bridie Carter was born in Melbourne,
Australia, on December 18, 1970, and is the eldest of three children.
She has been acting since she was six years old. In 1994, she graduated from
the Australian National Institute of Dramatic Art. One of her classmates was
Inge Hornstra, who plays 'Sandra Kinsela' on McLeods Daughters.
In May of 2004, Bridie married clothing designer Michael Wilson. The couple
reside in Byron Bay, Sydney. Son Otis Wilson was born March 29, 2005.
Bridie was nominated for a Silver Logie, in 2003, for Most Popular Actress,
for McLeods Daughters. In 2004, she was nominated for a Silver Logie for both
Most Popular Actress and Most Outstanding Actress in a Drama
Series, for McLeods Daughters. In 2005 she was nominated for a Silver Logie
for Most Popular Actress, for McLeods Daughters and a Gold Logie for
Most Popular Personality. In 2006 she has been nominated for Most
Popular Personality and Most Popular Actress.
After 6 Seasons as Tess Silverman McLeod Ryan, Bridie Carter has decided to
leave McLeod's Daughters, and recently filmed her last episode of the show.
Tess will return, as scheduled, for the last four episodes of Season 5 and
the early part of Season 6, with her last episode to air in April 2006.
Sonia Todd was born in Adelaide, Australia.
She is a well known and recognized actress in Australia and has appeared in
many TV series and Mini Series in Australia.
She is a 1985 graduate of NIDA and an original cast member of
the play 'Strictly Ballroom', directed by Baz Luhrmann.
In 1994 Sonia won the Silver Logie for Most Popular Actress for
her work on 'Police Rescue'.
She and her husband, Rhett Walton, are the parents of two children,
Lewis and Sean.
In 2006, Sonia left McLeod's Daughters, along with John Jarratt, as their
characters, "Meg" & "Terry", were finally wed and they are now on an extended
honeymoon.
Jessica Napier was born on April
4, 1979,in Wellington, NZ,
and is the daughter of Marshall Napier (Harry Ryan).
Jessica lived in Wellington, until she was nine, when the family relocated
to Sydney for her father's acting career. Jessica's first acting job was
at the age of 10, where she played her father's daughter, on 'Police Rescue'.
Jessica has been working consistently in Australian film and television
for the past decade. After 3 Seasons as "Becky Howard", Jessica left the
program. Her hard luck character was given a fairy tale send-off, with the
prospect of a University education and a romantic relationship in her future.
Rachael Carpani is the last
ORIGINAL girls of Drover's Run.
In the recent season it was revealed that her character, Jodi Fountain, was
the illegitmate daughter of Jack McLeod making her a 'McLeods Daughter'.
Rachel was born August 24, 1980, in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
She studied acting at the Australian College of Entertainment at MacQuarie
University and at the Drama Works Drama Company. She deferred her last year
of university to work on McLeods Daughters, but hopes to return to do honours
in film studies. She is the daughter of Tony, who is Italian, and an
Australian mother, Gael, who are currently residing in the United States.
Rachael has a young brother and sister.
Currently Rachael is still a cast member of McLeods, but recent speculation
is that she will soon be leaving the program...thus leaving McLeod's Daughters
without a daughter.
